The Honourable Sir Horatio Francis Knightly is a retired Abalan politician and a prominent member of the Progressive Conservatives, having previously served as Premier of the Province of St. Laurence. Born in England, Sir Horatio grew up and naturalised in Abala after the formation of the Commonwealth. He is the father of Progressive Conservative Politicians Anna Knightly and Roland Knightly.
